DO YOU TAKE CUSTOM ORDERS?
 

No, we do not. We solely provide Panther City Hat Co. Branded Hats and Apparel.

 

DO YOU SELL ANY FITTED HATS?

Unfortunately, we currently do not sell any fitted hats, we hope to in the future but the amount of inventory we would have to keep in stock would be too much for us to to sustain as a small business.  



CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER ONCE IT’S BEEN PLACED?
 

You may cancel your order via email up to the time that it is shipped from Panther City Hat Company. If your order has already been processed, packaged and shipped, you can not cancel your order. If you wish to cancel your order before it has been fulfilled send us an email at: Info@PantherCityHatCo.com

 

DO YOU HAVE A WARRANTY ON YOUR HATS?

If your hat becomes defective within 30 days of purchase and does not show signs of obvious wear and tear we will send you a new one. We sell only products of the highest quality, however, nothing is bulletproof! Warranty does not cover hat stains or discoloration.

Stains and discoloration are caused by a foreign substance such as sweat, water, condiments, prolonged exposure to the sun, dirt, rain, natural oils from your hair, etc.

 

If you have any further issues concerning the stains or discoloration please contact the hat manufacturer on the label inside your hat.

DO YOU TAKE RETURNS? OR OFFER REFUNDS? HOW ABOUT EXCHANGES?

We do accept returns for a refund and exchanges are always welcome as long as items are unworn and have been purchased within the last 30 days.

If you would like to return an item for a refund or exchange, please note that we are not responsible for return shipping costs. Please ship the item to:

Note: Items that you are returning must be in original state, meaning not showing signs of being worn, washed, or damaged. If we receive an item and it shows signs of either of those circumstances we will not accept the return, and no refund will be processed. However we will send the hat back if you choose. If you are wanting to exchange an item, please write the item on the original packing slip that you are wanting to exchange and send it back with the item. The new item must be equal or lesser value. 

HOW DO YOU SHIP MY ITEM, AND HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

 

Right now we are only shipping via USPS, and we charge a standard flat-rate of $5.00 to ship items. If you would like us to ship with a different company please send us an email to discuss the options. But please note, the standard rate of shipping will NOT apply. 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

 

We do ship internationally, however standard United States Postal Service rates will apply to your order.
